DTOS provides Developmental Therapy/Special Instruction to children who are enrolled in the NC Infant Toddler Program.

Children eligible for this program are from birth to three years of age who are:

• At Risk for developmental delays
• Demonstrating developmental delays
• Children who are abused and or neglected.
  
  Our agency is also dedicated to providing Developmental Therapy and Special Instruction to those children and families in the outlying rural areas who often have limited access to available resources.
